This  Council is for people who understand Sociocracy and how to facilitate meetings to include every voice.  Every Council will have training in sociocracy. 

Repair and replace old systems with new functional systems that benefit everyone. This council will share many sub-councils in order to be productive. Use scientific methods to determine facts. 

People interested in Climate Change, Environmental issues. Education. Call to immediate action. 

Word Smiths welcome. Historians. People for radical change. 

Run the Presidential Campaign together. Able to ignite and motivate people with large networks. Organizing skills. Get'r'done people. We don't have much time.

Study and understand the Resource Based economy.  Promoters. Social Media experts. Advertisers. 

Understand Scientific Methods. Study Jacque Fresco and the Venus Project. Oversee other councils in using a scientific method to gain facts, not opinions. 

Use surveying techniques. Apply technology to make life easier. Search hidden technology. Challenge Technological Advancements for the people. (not for profit). Work with Scientific Methods. Educate yourself. 

Every local location will need to survey resources and have a thorough understanding on what is needed, and what already exists.  This council will splinter off into many segments. Cross reference.

Open to all ages for input into new educational systems. Co-create and design new educational systems for all ages. Campaign for free education.

Many councils will splinter off from this main council. Research alternative practices and make sure they get equal representation. Focus on wellness more than sickness. 

All ages welcome on this council. Input from children and elders on what they need. Research the needs of animals.
